Q: What if I am unsure about my exact vehicle information?

A: Stop - delay your order! We ask that you bookmark our page and lookup your exact vehicle information before ordering. Although we have a broad search feature at the bottom of our website, we strongly recommend entering the exact vehicle information into our system at the top of our website. Our vehicle-to-part matching data is 99% accurate - we virtually do not receive returns on products that are displayed by our vehicle lookup system. This is why we'd rather have you delay your order than to guess. You can find your vehicle information on your insurance card, vehicle registration, vehicle title and/or owner's manual.

Q: I entered my vehicle information and the wiper(s)/bulb(s) I need did not display?

A: If a product does not display it indicates that we do not carry it. Everything we carry is matched-up to every vehicle that it fits. If it displays, you can be confident its correct. If it doesn't, then we don't have it (and most likely its not available aftermarket and you'll have to contact your dealer).

Q: I measured the lengths of my wipers, can I order by size?

A: No - length is only part of what you need to know. Attachment is the other important component. Enter your exact vehicle info into our vehicle-to-part matching system at the top of our website and we'll only display the wiper blades that are both the correct length and correct attachment. If you have the "itch" to experiment/improvise - don't do it - enter your vehicle information and trust our system.

Q: Can I order by part number (rather than entering vehicle information)?

A: Yes and No - our store is designed around the requirement that you enter your exact vehicle information at the top of our website with the goal that you order and receive the correct parts that fit your specific vehicles. THIS SAID, there is a broad search feature at the bottom of our website. Please note that shipping costs (including our actual cost on free shipping orders) are nonrefundable and that you will be responsible for return shipping costs if you do not use the vehicle-to-part matching system at the top of our website. Q: I have the exact bulb number from the existing bulb and/or manual and your system is listing a different number?

A: There are many variations in part numbers for the same bulbs. You'll find some to be the same, and some will be different. Be assured that if you enter the correct vehicle information into our vehicle-to-part system at the top of our website, then we guarantee that the bulb number listed in each position is the correct bulb and you can feel confident that its an equivalent interchange part and part number. Its easy to find your vehicle information on your insurance card, vehicle registration, vehicle title and/or owner's manual.

Q: Why only Trico wiper products?

A: Trico was the inventor of the wiper blade and today Trico is on more vehicles in North America than any other manufacturer. In addition, Trico's vehicle-to-wiper data is the most accurate in the business which increases our customers' satisfaction. Lastly, we have less than .0025% warranty issues. Trico fits the first time and is the highest quality out of the package.

Q: Do you carry wiper refills?

A: No - We made the decision not to carry wiper refills as a matter of customer satisfaction. There is a considerable amount of speculation and experimentation when purchasing and installing wiper refills (in the majority of cases, it takes several "tries" to find the correct wiper refill for your specific wiper blade frame. We recommend that if you are insistent upon wiper refills, that you do not purchase them on the internet, rather you take the vehicle and/or wiper blades to a retail store so you can rapid-fire experiment without the time and cost of returning/exchanging via shipping back and forth. NOTE: There is only a marginal cost savings between wiper blades and wiper refills.

Q: Do you carry wiper arms?

A: Yes and No - We carry a limited selection of heavy-duty class-a OE style replacement wiper arms that will display when you search by vehicle. If our system doesn't display any wiper arm options, that indicates that we do not carry any wiper arms for that particular vehicle. Currently, we do not carry any wiper arms - front nor rear - for any typical passenger vehicles (cars, trucks, suv's, crossovers, etc.), only a limited selection for RV, Coach, Bus & HD Truck.

Q: Are your prices competitive?

A: Extremely competitive! In fact, if you feel you've found a better price - we will match it if its "apples-to-apples." Our initial pricing is marked down to "the lowest possible price" and don't forget to factor-in the time-savings, fuel-savings and our fast, easy, and accurate part lookup. Q: Do you have a return/exchange policy?

A: Yes, we offer a 14-Day Return/Exchange Policy from the date your package arrives at your door. Please keep in mind that if you enter your exact vehicle information correctly, you are guaranteed to receive the correct parts which nearly eliminates the need for returns and exchanges. Q: Why and when are restocking fees applied?

A: Exchanges do not incur any restocking fees if completed within our 14-Day Return Policy and the product is in like-new condition with complete packaging. Returns for refund will incur a modest 15% restocking fee to cover processing costs and furthermore to encourage customers to accurately enter their vehicle information as well as purchase products they intend to keep. Please keep in mind that if you enter your exact vehicle information correctly, you are guaranteed to receive the correct parts which nearly eliminates the need for exchanges, returns and thus restocking fees. Q: On returns/exchanges how are shipping costs handled?

A: You are responsible for shipping charges both ways unless the return/exchange is due to an error in our vehicle-to-part matching system or if we send you the incorrect or damaged item. Bottom-line - you change your mind or make a mistake; shipping cost is your responsibility. If its our fault; its our responsibility. To avoid these awkward situations, we can't stress enough: make sure you have the correct vehicle information and make sure you use our vehicle-to-part matching system at the top of our website.

Q: Why don't you publish a phone number?

A: In an effort to reduce overhead and keep our prices low, we've elected to handle all customer inquiries via email rather than employ a call center staff. With our email inquiry system, you'll typically get a response within minutes during normal business hours.
