If you find a lower price, we will beat it by 10% - period. We shop the competition online and off-line on a daily basis. Our price is adjusted daily to beat all "apples-to-apples" pricing. If the competition is offering exactly what we're offering, our price will be lower.

Pricing - especially online - can be tricky, so here is some information that will be handy when comparing prices. Your purchase price is much more than the listed selling price of the physical product - it is made up of several factors that you - and we - need to check into. To ensure a fair and accurate "apples-to-apples" comparison, the price must be verifiable, available to the general public, from authorized dealers only, brand new with full packaging, warranted, in-stock, identical part number, shipping, handling, taxes and all other additional fees must be compared. Opened, demos, discontinued, out-of-stock, non-warranted, non-authorized dealers, going out of business, club/member pricing and limited quantity sale items are not apples-to-apples and do not apply to this guarantee.

Bottom-Line: If the price is fair and equal - you'll get the guarantee. If we can verify the store and product has "apples-to-apples" authenticity, integrity, and availability is identical, and the bottom-line price (product price + shipping + handling + tax) is lower, we will beat the price by 10%. Exchanges And Returns

This section addresses non-defective product exchanges and returns. For handling of defective product, please see "Manufacturers Warranties" below.

Returns and exchanges are extremely rare at Wipers123 / Headlights123 due to the fact that our vehicle-to-part matching system at the top of our website is 99% accurate when the correct vehicle information is entered upon lookup. Of the handful of exchanges/returns processed annually (less than .0025%), nearly all of them are due to customer experimentation (purchasing by length, size or part number rather than by vehicle) and/or by entering inaccurate vehicle information. So please use our lookup system and be sure your vehicle information is accurate.

This all said, product can be returned or exchanged within the first 14 days after the product is delivered to your door. All original packaging and accessories must be included, intact, and the product must be in original, new condition. Products that have been damaged, neglected, misused or abused are not returnable. The first day of the exchange/return period is the delivery date on the shipper's tracking. You must contact us for an RMA before sending anything back to us (non-authorized returns will be refused). Exchange/Return packages must be properly packed and must be postmarked 14 days from the delivery date. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable (on "free shipping" orders, the actual original shipping cost will deducted from the refund). There may be additional shipping charges on exchanges for product return and new product delivery, however all of this will be discussed upfront during the RMA email process.

The process to return or exchange is easy! Simply go to your My Account and click on the link for "Returns And Exchanges" to fill out a "Return Merchandise Authorization" request form. We will then communicate with you via email or phone to troubleshoot and if necessary communicate information on how to complete the return or exchange.

Restocking Fees & Shipping Costs (when our error): No need to worry - original shipping will be refundable, return shipping will be paid by us, and there will be no restocking fees as long as you box and pack your return/exchange package properly to avoid shipping damage. When it's "our fault", you'll find us the most-fair company on the planet.

Restocking Fees & Shipping Costs (when your error or change of mind): Our entire business model is designed to eliminate exchanges and returns - this is why we encourage customers to have correct vehicle information and always use our 99% accurate vehicle-to-part matching system at the top of our website. Any and all costs involved with your exchange/return will be discussed upfront before we authorize. If you are honest and upfront with us, and box/pack your return correctly, there will never be any surprises nor additional fees that were not previously discussed. You can expect in these rare instances where the incorrect vehicle was entered and/or products are ordered by size or part number rather than by vehicle, original shipping is nonrefundable and return shipping is your responsibility. On "free shipping" orders, we will reduce any refund by the actual original shipping amount. Returns of product where packaging is severely damaged or missing will incur up to a 75% restocking fee - so please be sure to be upfront and honest with us during the RMA email process and also be sure to box and pack your return properly.

Manufacturer Warranties

Defect rates on wiper blades and bulb(s)/lamp(s) are extremely low. We are a fully authorized dealer of the products we offer to our customers which means your Manufacturers' Warranty is valid and effective when purchasing from us. Warranty is provided, administered, and executed by the manufacturer of the product. Return shipping is customer's responsibility. We are happy to assist our customers in warranty situations; however the manufacturer holds all final authority in warranty claims. Although we will assist customers with warranty issues, your exclusive remedy is with the manufacturer and Wipers123 / Headlights123 makes no warranty express or implied and disclaims any liability for implied warranties of merchantability and fitness. NOTE: MANUFACTURER WARRANTIES EXPLICITLY AND EXCLUSIVELY COVER MANUFACTURERS' DEFECTS in materials and construction AND DO NOT COVER DAMAGE from installation, mishandling, misuse, abuse, acts of God, or by accidental causes. The vast number of rejected warranty claims are with products that have been mishandled, damaged during installation, improperly installed or that have experienced impact damage - none of which are manufacturer defects. NEVER TOUCH THE GLASS OF ANY BULB OR LAMP DURING INSTALLATION because it may lead to bulb/lamp failure immediately or premature failure in the future - this is not a manufacturer defect and is not covered by any warranty. THE FINAL STEP IN ALL WIPER INSTALLATIONS TO ENSURE THE WIPER IS LOCKED INTO PLACE ONTO THE ARM - incomplete/improper installation of wiper blades in not a manufacturer defect and is not covered by any warranty. Auto parts operate under extremely abusive conditions and are expected to wear out and be replaced.

Shipping & Handling Information

Wipers123 / Headlights123 ships most orders via USPS or FedEx. Most in-stock orders are pulled, packed and shipped the same day of your order or within 24 hours. Some Friday orders, Saturday orders, and Sunday orders are shipped on Mondays. Orders placed on holidays are typically shipped the following business day. We only ship within the United States and its territories, US military addresses and Canada. Shipments to other countries are considered on a case-by-case basis - contact us using the link below to discuss.
