Returns and Exchanges

 

Wipers123 offers the chance to return and exchange products that did not 100% satisfy your wiper needs.

 

The process is super easy! Fill out our "Return Merchandise Authorization" request. We will then communicate with you via email or phone to streamline the return/exchange operation within 24-48 hours.

It is our goal to provide customers with the best wiper purchasing experience. Fairness and understanding is what we stand by. You will find that our returns and exchange policies match these principles.

 

  • To qualify for a full refund including original/return shipping costs and restocking fees, we ask that you meet the following requirements:
  • Exchange/Return packages must be postmarked 14 days from the delivery date.
  • All original packaging/accessories must be included and intact.
  • The product must be in original, new condition. Regrettably, products that have been neglected, misused or abused are not returnable.
  • An RMA must be approved prior to product return. Boxing and packing your return/exchange package must be completed properly to avoid shipping damage.
  • Products damaged through the shipping process are refundable.

 

We like to be completely transparent with our customers. No surprise fees or additional costs. With that said, incorrectly ordering products can happen. Plugging in the wrong vehicle information into our vehicle lookup system or wrongly ordering products by size/part number sometimes do happen. Unfortunately, if this is the case, we cannot refund original or return shipping costs.

Product returns where packaging is severely damaged or missing can incur up to a 75% restocking fee. Please be upfront and honest with us during the RMA email process and we will more than happy to work with you.
