Returns and Exchanges

MyAutoParts123 offers the chance to return and exchange products that did not 100% satisfy your needs. The process is super easy!

Here’s the process & requirements:

  • Locate your original order confirmation email in your inbox (or junk folder), and reply briefly describing the situation. We will then communicate with you via email within 48 hours Monday through Friday.
  • An email or verbal authorization must be given by MyAutoParts123 before you send items back to us.
  • Exchange/Return packages must be postmarked 30 days from the delivery date.
  • All original packaging/accessories must be included and intact.
  • The product must be in original, new condition. Regrettably, products that have been neglected, misused or abused are not returnable.
  • Return/exchange package must be properly boxed and packed to avoid shipping damage.
  • Product returns where packaging is severely damaged or missing parts and/or retail packaging, can incur up to a 75% restocking fee.
